We help organizations break into the military market, ensuring FAR and DFAR compliance. Assessment, followed by assistance with routes to market, how best to present yourselves, plus guidance in the complex administrative processes.

We use competitor analysis and market research to help with your positioning, aligning your offering to government requirements.

 

Training & communications

Our end-user training begins with a needs assessment, resulting in a training plan, then delivering all training materials (help guides, videos, presentations, online support tools, etc.).

Training facilitation can be online or face-to-face. Either way, we’ll handle all communication planning and execution.

Project management

We take service seriously, and so our project management process is agile and robust. If required, we’re on the ground, providing oversight, engaging stakeholders, and verifying deliverables. 

From sourcing, ordering, delivery (including complicated customs clearances), installation, and hand-over for training, we manage all aspects of the project, from end to end.

 

After-sales support
